Children's Library Cards

Library cards are free to California residents provided your child has never had a card with us before. For children to receive their first library card, they must be aged five (5) or older. Additionally, children must have a parent/legal guardian present when registering for their card. A parent/legal guardian must have a library card first and be in good standing with the library for their child to receive one. For additional information please see Get a Library Card.

Children's Programs

Programs are available for target age groups from babies to age 12. Siblings are welcome at all programs. Babies to age 5 must be accompanied by an adult, aged 18 or older. A library card is not required to attend programs.

If you would like to arrange a program for your class, grade level, or club/organization, please call the library at 951-845-1357.
